Gustavo A. Velez is a graduate of the University of Central Florida Business School, where he earned his master’s degree in Business Management with a focus in Entrepreneurship. Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Gustavo relocated to Davenport, Florida at the age of nine. Following his high school graduation in 2015, he pursued a degree in Political Science at Florida State University (FSU). During his time at FSU, Gustavo actively participated in student government and engaged in various pre-law programs, including the Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Professional Fraternity.
After completing his undergraduate studies in 2018, Gustavo embarked on a journey to gain practical exposure to the legal field through internships while preparing for the LSAT. It was during this phase that he crossed paths with Attorney Rania Arwani, who extended him the opportunity to serve as the office manager. Over the past five years, Gustavo has been an integral part of Arwani Law Firm, assuming the role of firm manager/director of operations for the last four years. He is deeply committed to ensuring the smooth operation of the firm, enabling attorneys to focus on resolving clients’ issues effectively, while handling the entire operations of the firm and any and all business tasks required.
Alongside his professional responsibilities, Gustavo has a profound passion for the realms of business, economics, investments, and enterprise. He thoroughly enjoys researching and analyzing the latest entrepreneurial ventures and investment opportunities, striving to stay abreast of industry trends and innovations. This enthusiasm drives his continuous quest for knowledge and informs his strategic decision-making processes within the legal and business domains. In his leisure time, Gustavo enjoys reading books, going to the gym, playing basketball, and spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys spending time at the beach and in the mountains of Puerto Rico.
